Tough Interview Question: What will You do if Your Boss Wants to Defile You?

Image result for picture of lady saying no to sexWell, many may say am at it again, but, seriously, that this type of question can pop at an interview is a little bit embarrassing/awkward to say the least.
So, I went for this interview in an Oil and Gas outsourcing firm and after the normal " Tell us about yourself"  question, the next question almost threw me of balance considering that I was still hire at my game.
The interview was comprised of a panel of three; Two lovely Ladies and a Gentleman, the latter looked at me and asked " what will you do if your boss wants to go all the way".


Hunmm, my first reaction was evidently glaring, like, " what is he saying" and then i did the unthinkable. " Sir, please could you be more specific and clarify what you mean by that", I said. He cleared his throat and said " what will you do if your Boss wants to defy you".
Immediately he finished the last utterance, the first thing I uttered didn't make sense to me, not sure it did to him either because it was more of a sentence than an answer to a question.

I went thus, most times, before the boss can make passes to an employee, he must have observed the lady for a while and during that process may have seen hint that the lady is interested before speaking out, hence it is left to me to correct any wrong impression given. In a case where no wrong signal was given and the employer just feels like, then, I will politely show my disinterest through word and action, however, if he remains unyielding I may be forced to resign.

That encounter still leaves me baffled as to the right answer to the question.  I have googled and asked this question over and over just to arrive at the right answer but it eludes me.  The only thing I have learn  so far is to report to the human resource unit for investigation and disciplinary action that is if he is also an employee Oh!
Then the motive for the question keeps me pondering on the moral decadence in the society.
Why on earth will the boss want to have an illicit  amorous relationship with me? But what will you say if you were asked?
