Admissions into Nigerian College of Aviation Technology for ND, HND and PGD Programmes for 2015/2016 session

The Nigerian College of  Aviation Technology, Zaria invites application from suitable candidates for direct entry admission into the following programmes for 2015/2016 Academic session.

a) NCAT Diploma Programme
     i) Aeronautical Telecommunication Engineering.
Admission Requirement
Minimum of WASC/GCE/NECO/SSCE NTC 'O' Level with at least 5 credits; physics, chemistry, maths and English language.


b) National Diploma Programme
     i) Electrical/Electronic  Engineering Technology
Admission Requirement
Minimum of WASC/GCE/NECO/SSCE NTC 'O' Level with at least 5 credits; physics, chemistry, maths and English language.  
Minimum JAMB score (150)
Candidates that scored 150 and above but did not select NCAT as their choice are eligible to apply.

c) Higher National Diploma Programme
     Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Technology Airframe
     i) Power Plant Option
     ii) Avionics Option
Admission Requirement
ND with a minimum of Lower Credit pass of 2.5 CGPA and above in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering and Aircraft Engineering and a minimum of One Year Post ND Cognate work experience.   In exceptional cases, a candidate with ND at Pass level of 2.49CGPA  and has more 2 or more years of post ND  cognate work Experience.

d) Post Graduate Diploma Programme
     i) Aviation Management 
 Must have a degree or HND in any recognized Institution with Second class lower or Lower credit respectively.
     ii) Air Traffic Safety Electronics Engineering
Must have a degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic, or NCAT diploma and Professional License or its equivalent.
