Should i Wait for Him

We have been in a relationship for a year and half,he has been very nice to me. Since i knew him, everything has been going on just fine. He has been sponsoring me in school of which i am thankful. However, recently, he has distanced himself from me, he no longer picks my call, text messages nor does he call me. PLS, what should i do? should i move on or have the hope that he will come back?
